I already have the Bengals colors tweaked. Keep them in the league I told Dan that a pretty uniform wins more. It works, right Steve

With Cincy now open, I'm in favor of moving an active coach in Indy to the AFC East (so the Jets don't get the bonus of playing an open team), moving Cincy (renamed to KC or Denver) to the AFC West, and moving Atlanta to the NFC East.

I like this idea. Though I think the Jets playing most of us isn't that much step above playing an open team.

If you want to go one team swap. just Indy straight for KC

If you want to go a simple more balance swap
Minn to NFC West
KC To NFC East
Carolina TO AFC west
Indy AFC West

IF you remove GB From the top 8. It puts 2 of the top 8 teams in each division and keeps division champs at home.

I'm moving the Oakland Raiders to Ohio. We are now the Canton Bulldogs.

I just ask that when we finally settle on the realignment that the open teams get renamed something that fits geographically with their division if possible.

I forbid this. Just like Cincy has to move. We can't have any teams from that horrible state. I can't even type it out since it is the worst of the four letter words.

I am 95% on this :

NY Jets
Jacksonville
Indianapolis (PHI)
New England

Los Angeles
Oakland
Minnesota
Seattle
Denver (CIN) (open)

Detroit
Washington
NY Giants
Atlanta (KC)

Chicago
Green Bay (open)
New Orleans
San Francisco
Carolina

This feels like the most simple way. I'm not looking to scramble 12 teams to achieve some competitive balance that can change at any time. Just a few seasons ago it felt like the NFC was dominant. Then it flipped a bit. Balance can change very easily by you being a better coach.

What if you change open Green Bay into Dallas and trade it with Atlanta?

The only point I say against this is what Rich drew up has 4 active teams in each divisions.1

I agree with the allignment Rich has posted. I do request that Denver wear the old "orange crush" uniforms. I've never thought of the Broncos the same way since they went away from the unis.

If I ever decide to change franchise names, it will likely be to Tampa Bay so I can bring back the "Creamsicle" uniforms.
