AFC East (Make it 5 teams - keep Cincy - add Indy)
Jets
Jacksonville
New England
Indy
Cincy

AFC West (Make it the all west division but only 4 teams)
San Fran
Seattle
LA Chargers
Oakland

NFC East (Make it 5 teams - add Atlanta, Carolina and New Orleans)
Washington
New York
Atlanta
New Orleans
Carolina

NFC Central (Make it 4 teams - Green Bay stays - Minnesota and Detroit give Chicago decent competition)
Chicago
Green Bay
Minnesota
Detroit

There is no balance here at all
AFC West is stacked with good teams 3-4 Playoff level teams. NFC Central 3 playoff level teams. AFC East and NFC East have 3 playoff teams between them.
And what is this Detroit will give Chicago decent competition. I have beaten him 2 in all the years I have been in the league. Once in 33 which I think he was really busy so not as active and his first year in the league back in the 05 season. He regularly drops 50 on me.

I would say stop trying to make it look like the NFL or regional stuff. Rich is on record Charlie is never moving.

We could Rename the divisions
AFC East to the Colacino Division
AFC West to the Bryner Division
NFC East to the Parkerson Division
NFC West to the Vogel Division

While we’re throwing off the wall ideas out there…

Why don’t we let the owners whose teams had the four worst records “draft” their division foes for the following season?

I think this is the most balance. If you take Green Bay out of the playoff and put in Minnesota. Each Division has 2 playoff teams a team with 10 or more wins while also having

Oh another note if you move Dean to the West instead of Carolina. You can have the 4 Coaches with the most losses battling it out.

Charlie 285
Jerry 277
James 254
Dean 237

In fairness to Charlie and Jerry they have more wins than losses. Dean and I don't.

I will resign if we go with this model.

Why? If you don't like something actually give reason. Just saying you will resign adds nothing to the discussion. If there is something you feel that strongly about say it. I would like it to be taken into account.

If this is about me calling out yours. Then point out what is wrong with what I said.

Simple it wasn't balanced. It looked way too forced to look like the NFL. We haven't looked like the NFL since the 2007 season.

At this point we are getting no where. I say it is simple really two options here.

1. Just flip me and Dean
2. Do Jerry's idea.

I believe it was the AFC teams that were complaining about how AFC was too hard. Ask Mitch how fun is it to have Jerry and me in your division. I have no problem building my team and then showing the AFC West it wasn't really that hard to begin with.

I wouldn't have a problem with this. Do a snake draft and let the team last picked make the pick.

I am actually curious how it would turn out. Let do it just for funny.

Indy is on the clock :D

I hope everyone understands that I am going to go with the most simple approach.
I have no intention of getting too frisky here.

Steve, pretty sure the game is hard coded to have 4 teams in the East and 5 in the West.
There is no way that I know to change that.

I won't decide this till after we cut down.

I like my rivals and things. There is no reason in my opinion to worry about a full reorg and balance is an illusion I think. I like the KISS principle. We have two open teams and Dean wants back in the NFC. That is all that matters I think. Why not leave the rest as static as possible?

As long as Jerry and I can have our annual battle, you can put me in any division you want. Ha!
