2037 draft

Postby Dean-Atlanta » Tue Aug 11, 2020 10:43 pm

Anyone care to guess on the first pick over all being taken by Kansas City?

State player you guess, reasons, and any commentary...

QB Joe Burrow is the clear choice
The best QB in many drafts, maxed in IN-DI from day one. Don’t over think it.

there is a reason there hasn't been a QB taken with the first pick since 2022 .

I will always say take a kicker he will lead your team in scoring unless your offenses sucks. Then take a punter since your only hope to score is a pick 6.

Well, that is actually a mistake! Although my new random method for determining attributes do allow for ACTs to match POTs, I try to catch the QBs and LBs to make sure that their IN and DI ACTs are not at max with their POTs. As good as some might be coming out of collage, the Rookies never come into the league as smart and as disciplined as veterans and especially not both. I am not going to go back and look at every player now (I will be much more diligent in the future), but QB Joe Burrow should be 83-DI and 91-IN for his ACTs. Sorry, but there is plenty of time before the Draft.
