As I watch many of our league games and numerous practice games, one thing that stands out is the lack of offensive holding penalties, offensive false starts and defensive offside penalties.
Is this due to the IN and DI ratings being so high for lineman? In order to create more realism, should we look into finding ways to increase these types of penalties? Trust me, I don't want flags on every other play. However, I don't think I've seen more than 1 or 2 offensive holding penalties in any of my games all year. That seems extremely low.

I am going to bet that nothing we do with IN-DI would change the penalties.
Similar to the kickers. But, we could test a % drop and see what happens.
There used to be a program that tracked penalties but it's been a while since it was used.
Not even sure I have it anymore.
Because without it, how could we see if what we did changed anything.
