FBPro98 Timeout copy bug

To get timeouts to copy, the theory is you have to change the weight for a selected play category using the Up/Down arrows before pressing the Copy button.

Steps:
1. Press Down arrow to change the weight for a a Selected Play
2. Press Up arrow for the the same Selected Play (this assumes you don't really want to change the weight)
3. Press Copy
4. Make sure Clock is selected in the upper right of the Copy panel

I have also found that you can just do it twice. It usually doesnt take on the first copy, but if you do it a second time it works
