How can i do game plans without it?????

Maybe change it up a bit to make it easier on you. Maybe focus on trends every 4 weeks? Most called over 4 weeks. Worst and best over 4 weeks. Track how all the new customs we submit do over the season. This way you still can provide but only need to do it 4 times.

You can even do worst and best custom plays at end of season and possibly reward the best custom run, best custom pass and best custom defense submitted a point each at the end of the season. Probably would have to carry over from prior season to ensure new plays have enough calls, so plays submitted after week 8 in prior season to end of current season.
