Can we make the Pass Razzle Dazzle category optional instead of mandatory?

Ya know, I thought it was optional...
But the rules do not show that.
Maybe Charlie can verify what the truth is.

To me it makes more sense to make it optional since it's effectively low percentage bomb passes for the most part.

I thought it was optional. I have submitted game plans at times lacking PRD on offense.

I wouldn't be surprised if most people thought it was optional. However, it's right there on the rule page as mandatory.

As I recall, GLR, GLP and PRD have always been optional. As long as we all comply with the profile requirement that two categories are required with five minutes or less left in a Half and three categories are required with more than five minutes in a Half and every Play category used in your game plan must be represented in your profile and it must have more than a 0%, the game won't crash.
