The Range for EN, IN, DI for skill players goes as low as 55-60 but we only use the higher end of that range, giving those players EN, IN, DI ratings in the 80s and 90a. If SOME of our players had substantially lower EN, GMs would have decisions to make in drafting they do not have now, and those drafting players with high skill ratings but lower EN would see trade offs in starting those players.
