Team Salary Increases

This is a reflection of how good your camp was but it helps a lot to have prospects with room to grow.
If you are at the bottom, you either screwed up your camp or you have a very veteran team with few great prospects.

or you boosted EN in camp a lot (I noticed previously that EN seems to exponentially increase salary more somehow) ;) :?: :ugeek:
