We all have rosters full of 98 percentplayers, onewould hope the type of 98 percent talent we prefer.

So the more important number is the one found at the bottom of the "Total" cloumn in the contract file. Highest is currently 147 for CIN and 121 for PHI. This numbers says a lot about how well we are all doing as GMs of our teams. Mine is 72, needs improvement. 45, 59, and 61 are the numbers of the teams ranking lowest in that measure.

I don't think now is the best time to measure that metric. Many teams haven't had a chance to restructure their players, sign FA, or draft anyone. I think we need to wait till after the draftees have been signed or perhaps till week one to gauge that metric.
