Hmmmm... I use Windows 98 / Windows ME on m Win11 machine. I've only had the warning message you shared on my WinXP machines until I changed the compatibility mode.

Mine were on Win XP Service Pack 2 and I was getting that, switched mine so we'll see if that goes away.
