IN creating pass plays, if I have a WR (in a short pass left for instance) start with "look for pass" then run straight upfield for 8 yards. If I decide to change that to a medium pass and extend the WR's pattern by 10 yards, without re-doing it, I do not add logic at the dot that ended the 8 yard pattern, I just extend it with another moveto, another 10 yards.
The question is, if there is no logic in the dot after the end of 8 yards, does he seamlessly run all 18 yards or does he stop at 8 yards where that dot between "move to box #2" and"move to box #3"?

Plus, his IN and DI kick in to find an open area for the QB to pass to him.
