Thanks for agreeing with me, Dean. It looks like you believe there isn't much differentiation between players to cause a dramatic difference in performance. Performance is mainly determined by play vs play results.

Non sequitur argument, so of course I'm not agreeing. Jerry is right, those differences matter. My point there was, WR Johnson is top 5 talent and it was a steal to get him at #21.

Johnson was 16th pick and top 5 Talent I would disagree. I noticed you didn't bring this up before our games. I have two Cornerbacks that would like to point out how much better they are than him.
He was number 3 in WR
A WR2 88 Jameson Williams OK 1 0-0 0 83 86 91 63 95 90 94 93
83 86 91 65 96 90 95 94
A WR3 11 Alec Pierce OK 1 0-0 0 84 86 89 64 96 88 93 93
84 86 90 65 96 90 93 93
A WR2 84 Josh Johnson OK 1 0-0 0 83 85 91 64 95 91 95 94
83 85 91 64 95 91 95 94
May be top 10 talent but top 5
I would say both WR taken before him are better and Walker and both CB I took. That makes him at best 6th but most likely closer to 10th or 11th really. Stats are the worst way to judge if a pick was good. Coaching plays a large part in how a player does.
Again I think you miss the point Jerry was making that attributes make a difference when it is around 50/50 situation so at most a handful of plays a game. In a close game they will matter. Attributes don't make up for bad coaching or allow one team to completely dominate another team. That is coaching.
Detroit hands down has the worst roster in the league a part form may be Atlanta. Salary which is totally based on attributes weighed by the best GM and Coach in PNFL history.
Detroit's Salary 50 million behind all but Atlanta's which has been in fire sale mode. Detroit is that close because I went out and added 45.5 million in salary in the last few weeks.
