I would not trade the young CB at all. Once that HA and EN are at max, he's great.

He's definitely good/solid, but maybe not 'great' depending on what Jay values in his corners. Plus, with all but one of his corners in years 4 thru 6, and no old ones, trading him could make a lot of sense. If you do eventually trade him, make sure you take into consideration the points that were spent to sign him.

Hey Brian,

Apparently, we missed the ceremony where this CB was given a gold HOF jacket.

Clearly you're not enjoying this at all. Maybe if you hadn't massively ripped off the new guy (who is likely just beginning to understand our compressed ratings and player value in the PNFL) in a ridiculously unfair trade, you wouldn't be getting mercilessly and deservedly ratioed on this forum.

Being 2-8 picks 4 seasons ago that would have gone late first round in the last draft, and that he has a long term contract that Tim invested several points to extend, he was clearly worthy of a 1st round pick or a 2nd round pick and some points (like I traded to Barney for QB Bryce Young).

I strongly suggest you make it right to Jay by sending him 8-10 points and upgrade the pick to a 2nd (given yours is in the 16-18 range) or simply send him your first in 2049 instead of the third. And stop acting butt hurt over being criticized over an obviously bad trade you know better not to make with a new coach.

Wow do you arrogant mfers take shit out of context to pump up your egos a lot. When I said he would be great, I was simply saying he'd be a great CB to keep long term. I wasn't saying he was HOF quality. Regardless, should not be traded for a 3rd by a new coach after week 1. He should hold him until the offseason or the trade deadline at the very least. See what he does. Too early to build for 2049.
