I have Finley ranked as the #15 QB in ACT. The only teams with starters ranked below Finley are the following:
JAX
NO
LA
NYJ
SEA
One of those team might be interested in making a trade.
However, teams can sign Tyler Huntley for 0 pts as a back-up.

I have Finley 15 with Huntley 32 as the next available. FInley is likely not a 2nd rounder in trade, but he is clearly the best available talent at the position over all at the key attributes
