New tool status

It's going to be one more week. I haven't been reviewing very closely what AI has been doing and I keep finding one bug after another.
The other thing is last week Friday I made the mistake of glancing at the league files and realized I could simplify the command line and the config files if I read some data out of them. I also figured I'd be able to understand the play file format enough to identify things like rollouts and timed passes rather than have to configure a bunch of filenames for the rules checker. So, in the end the tools should be better and a lot easier to use, but this took a lot of time.
Here's a list of the most useful features coming up:
- Check your profiles and game plans against the league rules before you hand them in.
- Update your game plan plays from a plain text list, and swap individual plays in a game plan.
- Copy profile data like substitution percentages and PAT logic from one profile to another.
Many of the commands also work in bulk. For example, you'll be able to replace your kick return play in a single game plan, or in all game plans in an entire directory tree. And, perhaps especially useful for Green Bay, you'll be able to copy stop clock logic from a known good profile to all profiles in a directory tree.
