Sub OUT % Rule Change

Reminder: New OUT% Rule for the Upcoming Season
All teams must update their PPPs to comply with the new OUT% usage rule:
All non‑QB, non‑Kicker players must have an OUT% of 95 or lower.
IN% may be set anywhere from 96–100%.
This applies to every PPP you use. If you submit PPPs with any player above the 95% OUT limit, their OUT% will be automatically reduced before the game:
First offense: reduced by 1 point
Second offense: reduced by 2 points
And so on for repeat violations
We’re not delaying games over this—please update your PPPs now so they’re correct for the season. If you use multiple PPPs, make sure all of them meet the rule.
