The playoff pairings are set and this is the time of the season we starting posting about coming back next season.

29 seasons after I finished the 2019 season with a 7-9 record, I finished the 2048 season with a 7-9 record. In 29 seasons I think I've learned as much about how to win games in the PNFL as I have unlearned about how to win games in this league.

I'll be back for 2050 to try to win a few games again or maybe compete for winning another Sacko Bowl. My 2050 draft picks will be traded for nothing short of at least double The King's Ransom.

I'll be here for the 2049 season and most likely 2050.

Fellows,

I had a lot of fun with you guys this season!

But it came back to the same issue I have always had with SIMs: When I played live H2H you called the plays in real time and there is no way I would have called the dumb-@$$ plays that idiot CPU did. 3 times I had defeat snatched from the jaws of victory with bonehead CPU defensive calls letting teams I had leads on bomb on down the field in the closing seconds against what should have been "Prevent" Defenses. I added several of my own previously successful Custom plays on both sides of the ball - yet the CPU hardly ever called them...

My H2H Career Record was 178-78 (69.5%)

In 4 SIM leagues, I won Championships 4 times in 4 different leagues:
MLF- 2003 Semi-Finalist
NRL- 2004 and 2005 Champions
CFC- Season 1 Champions
CoFL- 2009 Champions

But in this PNFL I just could not get the CPU to call the plays I wanted to be called when they needed to be called. It was maddening.

I am very grateful for the time generous fellow coaches gave to me to help get me going in this league. Despite my 5-11 record, I really did enjoy meeting up with you guys on Discord to watch the games and the excellent Podcast to talk FBPro!

I am happy I beat Cincy twice and the Redskins as both have made it to the Final Four! I hope one of them wins it all :D

If I didn't have my 2-year-old daughter running around at my feet eating up most of my free time it would be easier for me to take a real deep dive into my PPP's this off-season and give FBPro the real time and dedication it needs.

I think it is best to let a waiting coach chomping at the bit a chance to take take over and make the team a winner!

Too bad I couldn't keep the momentum going from the previous owner - I am hoping the new guy brings back that success!

Best to you all in the PNFL - love your league!

Keep the FBPro torch burning!

Cheers,

Jay Tando

I meant 2049 the next season, not 2050. Maybe I need to go take the person, man, woman, camera cognitivie test. If I get a perfect score, and I hear it's easy, I coiuld be grandiose and declare I'm a "stable genius" too.

We have known you weren't stable for decades.
