(Diabolical) Off-Season Proposal

I would like to propose an off-season rule change moratorium, where for one off-season there are no rule changes, and we allow previous changes to bake in before we find other changes to make, that way we can collect two-three seasons worth of data to make decision for change on, so were not hunting for changes for the sake of change because it's the off season.

The two I have proposed have purpose.

The 8 RM 5 PRD 5 PLR proposal has the purpose of ensuring all required passing categories consistently require 5 plays so as to ensure the rollout and timed pass restrictions are consistent to all pass categories. Reducing RM by two plays accommodates this without impacting RM too much at all other than increasing the chance of QB runs being called by a mere 5%.

The QB draws proposal has the purpose of making sure we design realistic QB run plays for the true intent of the run categories and ensuring we don't sidestep the % limitation on RM simply by using RR and RL on 2nd down.

Those proposals like James said are random and accomplishes nothing other than trying to enforce mandates and requirements and a mousetrap to claim out of compliance.

If it's so small of a change, then not change it. There's no juice to the squeeze. There's bigger fish to fry. Can spend more time explaining it than actually the benefit it would bring.

Next your going to mandate that visiting must required to wear striped socks. Your proposals are over kill and don't make much sense. And the fact that you want them as requirements is bogus and corney at the same time.

You seem to think bantering about useless requirements for plays is improving the game? A majority of the requests you make nobody cares for, just you, isn't that a hint?

You're looking to provide fixes for things that are not a problem or broken. Nobody cares about those miniscule requests for changes you propose. They are laughable at best.
