WinLogStats vs Logger

Which one of these apps do you find to be more accurate in pulling data from the log files? Which do you prefer and why?

I use both. WLOGSTATS is more accurate IMHO and gives the majority of the data needed for me. I do look at logger as well. I do check for some play call specifics with it, but I see missing calls and calls categorized incorrectly at times. I also think the way I plan, that logger can lead me to over thinking.

So majority of planning with WLOGSTATS and a quick finer edge with logger.

I like Logger because you can export a lot of info into an Excel format.

An excellent question.

Same. I barely ever use Wlogstats. My scouting spreadsheet is purely set up to work with Logger’s export.

For those that use spreadsheets, do you export and combine multiple sets of logs to get around limitations in amount of logs you can process in the application?

Logger will process roughly 200 logs at a time. I use the spreadsheets to more easily sort the data.

Back in the old days, I used logger to create my opponents plans and profiles.
But, winlog for all my compiling.

Is Gelat's Logger program somewhere publicly available for download?

It's available, but you have to pay for it...still.
