While knee-deep in restructuring contracts and draft preparations, the Carolina Panthers are pulling up stakes and moving west to become the Anaheim Rams. There will be many challenges in this undertaking, however, we are confident in our ability to successfully complete the move and prepare for the draft!

I think he's hoping for "Anaheim" and not "Los Angeles", although I believe the rule for PNFL team names to this point has always been that they have to actually have existed in the NFL

As a result of this move, the LA Chargers will no longer have yellow pants. We will wear white pants with the yellow bolts like the current NFL Chargers. Powder blues still in effect though. We don't want to look like the Rams.

Anaheim was granted because I hate the stupid "A" too :)
But it must be Rams.
I don't think anyone wants to veer off too much from NFL names/cities.
Anaheim works though.

Does it count if it was a temp home for a team, but is still in the game?

Ya know, I didn't even remember that the Tennessee Titans were the Tennessee Oilers in the 97-98 seasons.
So, technically that is not as crazy as I thought at first.
They play in Memphis, they were the Oilers.
