Run Left on first down?

I have a question about this part of our profile rules?

1st down 6-10yds
between 5-5 RM / PSL PML
inside OFF 5 RM RL / PSL PML / GLP GLR

2nd down 2-5yds
inside DEF 5 RM RL / PSM PMM / GLP GLR
between 5-5 RM RL / PSM PMM
inside OFF 5 RM RL / PSM PMM / GLP GLR

2nd down 6-10yds
between 5-5 RM RR / PSM PMM
inside OFF 5 RM RL RR / PSM PMM / GLP GLR

Why are we not able to use RL runs on first down? Or RR?

What would be wrong with adding RL runs as an option on first and 10?

It is the same as the other rules. The PNFL is set up to mimic the real NFL and is a sim league. The categories are intended to allow situational play calls which is exactly what occurs in the NFL. Hence the same as the discussion about all PS being called whenever recently. The principle of the PSL, PSM, and PSR is to give the ability to call situationally. 3rd and 2-5 play calling is nothing like 1st and 10 or 1st and 5. Run left is to have a play call situation to prioritize run plays to get a yard such as 3rd and 1.

@Dean - Not unless we also increase the minimum RL plays required from 4 to 10...
