XFBS Update

I'm not ready to bring it back yet as my personal time is quite limited, but if I did, there would be significant changes to reduce my workload.
1) To be in the XFBS, you will be required to be in the PNFL. If you are not a member of the PNFL, you will not be able to submit custom plays. See #2.
2) I would get rid of the XFBS pool and I would no longer take custom plays. I would submit the entire XFBS pool to Charlie for consideration for addition to the PNFL pool in the next PNFL offseason. Only way you can submit custom plays is as part of normal PNFL play/membership.
3) I would shrink the league to 12 teams most likely. LSU, WYO, IOWA, UCLA, MICH, SYR, TENN would be locks to be 7 among the 12 (if and only if their coaches return).
4) CPU teams would only use PNFL CPU team PPPs (current or past)
5) Our plan and profile rules would slightly differ from the PNFL in that our league will continue to not place any limitation on QB runs, rollouts, and 2-DL play usage to allow for a more collegiate feel.
6) We would be subject to the PNFL's play pool adjustments whenever they happen effective immediately when they happen.
7) We would shift to a point based system for recruitment so it doesn't take 3 months to complete.
It could be a while. Don't get your hopes up.
