With the success of our CPU teams the last 2 seasons, I propose we expand the league to 28 teams. I loved the NFL with 28 teams and 6 divisions.
Kidding... but not really... I'd help manage rosters for teams in the opposite conference.

28 teams would be fun, and back when we started we had 30 with a waiting list. Oh, the good old days. And, for a season or two, we allowed some coaches to manage two teams, but that was complicated by trading, head-to-head competition, etc, so that idea was scrapped. We are fortunate, after 20+ years to even be playing the game, so don't worry, be happy. If we have everyone sign up for the next season we will be looking good.

And where would we find 500 additional players
Yeah we have had occasional success with open teams but its hardly consistent.
This is also not the first time we had an open team get to a SB.
Justin's 2nd title in 2012, the Pats made it and got killed 30-3.
