53-Man Roster

Gentlemen, the NFL requires a minimum 53-man Roster, so does the PNFL. You cannot field less to play the Cap. :roll:

Chargers clearly violated that last season. What's the punishment? Oh wait. We didn't make the playoffs. That hurt. :P

Does the 53 man roster have to be field prior to the start of FAs being signed for 0 points?

Rich can clarify, but I believe that you need 53 on the Roster on opening day kickoff.
