Salary Cap Rule

I forgot to bring this up after the season. I think we need to mandate that all 53 roster spots have signed players in them by the start of the regular season and be maintained until the teams season is over. I also believe it needs to be effective immediately for the 2038 season.
Besides, I heard the PNFL players union is going to strike if it is not implemented.

If this rule change is considered, I do think the 2038 season would be the earliest to make the adjustment.

I think this is a great rule which needs to be enforced this season.
Plenty of time to get your cap in order.
It's ridiculous that some teams carried less than 53.
Close the loophole right now.

I have no issue with the rule.
However, it should not be implemented immediately. Alot of cap planning has already been done for 2037.
At least do it incrementally, require 50 for 2037, and 53 for 2038. Or, bump the cap by a few million this season to enable filling out to 53 with guys at the $500k league minimum. The cap is an arbitrary number.
Full implementation for 2038.
