Jerry’s right. The goal here would be to end the midnight Cut/Insta re-sign nonsense which defeats the purpose of the restructuring rules. I would propose that the cutting team can’t resign for several days while everybody else can follow normal rules.

I think we need to make an adjustment for this type of behavior. A cut and sign within 24 hours is a restructure.

Charlie will put the final stamp on this practice.
But expect a new 24 hour waiting period to be implemented.

Team cuts Player A, he cannot bid on him for 24 hours.
Other teams can bid on him. At that point the original team can enter the fray.

This will give all teams 48 hours to evaluate a recent cut if the intention is the cut/sign right away.

Rich is correct!

1) Team A posts a cut player on the Message Board at time X;
2) All teams (except Team A) may start posting bids on the player immediately after the posting;
3) Anytime after 24 hours of the posting of the cut, Team A may commence bidding on the cut player.

This will not satisfy everyone, but it is fair to everyone.
