The PNFL should not look as wide open as your college league does.
The NFL is much tighter than college which is tighter than high school which is tighter than pee wee.
If the gap is 5 points top to bottom, there is room for greater disparity which will help how the games look.
But, it must be done slowly. What is the rush? we have very competitive fun games now.
