NOPE! You literally have to look at a play then compare it to the other plays. If they look alike, then you have to check the routes visually. In many cases, all routes are the same. In most, the Primary receiver is identical.

@Charlie - As a first step, you and I basically stop accepting anymore 'versions' of existing plays (in PNFL and XFBS play pools) with a particular emphasis on these 'PCR' types (and the spread offense 'HOT' ones too which seem to have spread like a virus lately).

Instead of deleting plays, identify the dupes and force an edit to the newer one.
Change a route, shift, motion or whatever and resave it.
This preserves everyone's scout plans and old plans they might want to re-use.
The change does not have to be significant but enough where its not a true duplicate.
I have always hated all the deleting and always encouraged editing.
