I just noted it say D: Is the D: drive a hard drive with the game loaded or is D: your optical drive?

It's not the files.
I just re-created exactly what you did.
Added a punter to KC and created an exhibition game without issue.
It's something on your system.

I would delete everything in your PNFL folder, reinstall the current files and try again.
I would reinstall the game too if that did not work.
I would try again the next set of files I sent out later.
I would answer Jerry's question
Is the game loaded from a disc?
Is it loaded from a virtual drive?
