I don't see a need for change in this part of the rules. Anyone wanting to "poach" a PS player can get the full contract on that player, contact that GM and work out a trade agreement. That is generally the better way to do it anyway.

Trading is not the answer. The teams just pop them on the roster to protect them when you inquire about a trade. I'm not saying make a change to any rule, but our PS rules are already too liberal.

The PS should be the same as the NFL. They are open to be signed and do not have contracts. I have seen complaints about players and in my opinion the PS is keeping too many vets, over developing players, as well as circumventing the cap.

I would be good with removing the new rule added a season or two ago for allowing vets over 2 years onto the PS.
