Makes sense. That will be my answer when someone offers me a 5th round pick for WR Quentin Johnston.

I do not support a cap in any form. It really didn't work and it just adds a later of complication. I think the floor should be a case by case thing. There are reason to have a lower cap for a quicker turn around.
