VOTE: Disallow PRD Pass Play Usage on 3rd 2-5 in Offensive Profiles when > 5 min unless behind 8+

Why would we also not eliminate it on 3rd and 6-10 also?

3rd and 5: No Hail Mary (unless down 8+)
3rd and 6: Hail Mary all you want (even when up 8+).

Smh. It's not worth the bother to make this a rule if we're leaving half the silliness in.

Again, love PRD with <1 minute in real-life Hail Mary situations only. I get it is different in that no other rules are time-based other than 5-minute mark, but it is simple (and realistic!). I'd rather just wait until that idea is digested a bit and (I hope) becomes a rule for this season.

Something I'm concerned about with limiting PRD to Hail Mary situations is what will happen to PRD completion % once it becomes limited to true Hail Mary situations. Obviously the D will be in Pass Dazzle, so completion percentage will no longer be bumped up due to mismatches. Anyone care to sim?
