I like the hybrid idea. I don't mind the forum draft as long as people understand sometimes it can't be instant. It always bothered me when I took a little longer for one pick by teams whose picks took 10 of my normal.
@Jerry I can draft for you if you can't make it.
I want to warn everyone the draft most likely will be longer. I do not have any picks and I generally pick quick.

The first 63 players will be selected on the Message Board, and the remaining 63 players will be selected on the Draft Stock Client.
We should ensure that everyone has the program knows how to use Draft Stock.
