Open Teams PPPs

Idea for next season. Each Open team has a Run, Balanced, Pass PPP available and Rich chooses which one to use each week. That means the Open teams will not be 100% identical each week. Should make them more of a challenge. Thoughts?

I don't mean to poo poo this idea because it's fine.
But this will not prevent the owners we do have from losing interest.
We need new blood, we need ideas to increase participation and make this game fun again.
Lipstick on the open teams does nothing.
