In Denver :
Seems like he crossed the LOS making that TD pass illegal.
The league has received the protest of the Raiders.
The video is under review. Both teams held in Denver for possible replay

Referee Scott Novak is a current resident of Colorado and also attended Metropolitan State University of Denver.
Coach Jacobs has had his emails seized and are under review.

Interesting! Clearly the Log has some severe problems since you cannot have a run and a pass in the same play with two players. Hook & Ladder, yes, fumble & lateral, yes, but that is three different players. Anyway, I froze the YouTube play, frame by frame, and one could argue that the QB's entire body and the ball are not over the LOS. The original game film with multiple angle capabilities might show something different.

No controversy. Stroud did release the ball ahead of the line of scrimmage. However, per NFL Rule 8, Section 1, Article 2, Item 1(a) in the Official NFL Rulebook, a forward pass is legal as long as any part of the passer remains on or behind the line of scrimmage, and, after enhancing the video, Stroud's left pinky can clearly be seen extended outward, keeping him just on the line of scrimmage.

To me it looked like he was beyond the LOS, however, I feel like it was one of those where it happens and the flag isn't thrown.

I was just messing - definitely beyond the LOS when he released the ball. The game probably bases it on where the ball is when the pass process starts.
