Chicago and Washington both clinch their divisions.
If Washington wins and New York wins. Washington Clinches the NFC East
Chicago can clinch if Washington, Chicago and Cincinnati wins.
Philadelphia will be mathematically out with a loss or a tie. Or if any 2 of Green Bay, Minnesota, or San Fran win/tie.
