Do not trade your 1st round picks if you are not a team that makes the playoffs every year? The teams that are on this list are Jets and Redskins. Every one else has missed the playoffs in recent history(5 seasons). I want that to sink in only 2 teams have made the playoffs all of the last 5 years.

Don't think this means you have a good shot unless you are one of the top 8 or 9 coaches.

And to think... 2 of the 3 playoff seasons for Dean were with Justin Fields at QB.

Fields takes Dean to 2 of his 3 playoff appearances and to Dean's only Super Bowl appearance. What does Fields earn for pulling off those miracles? He got cut. LOL!

I’ve learned that Lock could have taken me back to the Super Bowl if I had not cut him. Shame on me. Don’t give up on your QBs too quickly. Caleb Williams will be the QB in LA (or wherever we end up) no matter how he plays.

Clearly this needs to be bumped.

He was NOT cut. That was your favorite Kyle Allen cut by another team. Fields was traded for a reasonable price to the team he is currently with.
