Do not trade your 1st round picks if you are not a team that makes the playoffs every year? The teams that are on this list are Jets and Redskins. Every one else has missed the playoffs in recent history(5 seasons). I want that to sink in only 2 teams have made the playoffs all of the last 5 years.

Don't think this means you have a good shot unless you are one of the top 8 or 9 coaches.

I’ve learned that Lock could have taken me back to the Super Bowl if I had not cut him. Shame on me. Don’t give up on your QBs too quickly. Caleb Williams will be the QB in LA (or wherever we end up) no matter how he plays.

He was NOT cut. That was your favorite Kyle Allen cut by another team. Fields was traded for a reasonable price to the team he is currently with.
