LA team change?
I'm a long-time Chargers fan, but I'm open to giving them up if another coach is a fan and wants to be the LA Chargers. I live in Arizona so I could become the Arizona Cardinals again, but this would likely require Justin to no longer be the Chicago "Cardinals." I don't want to force realignment to happen so other possibilities would be to become a different AFC team. I was thinking of being the Cleveland Browns, but I realized the game doesn't seem to have the helmet for the Browns because it came out when they moved to Baltimore. Other possibilities would be the Bengals, Dolphins, Bills, Titans or Chiefs.

If no one speaks up, I'd stay the Chargers and go with the team you love. Otherwise, I'd vote for Kansas City. I wouldn't do Tennessee as long as Mitch is Houston as that would get weird quick.

I think that is the perfect reason to go Tennessee. The real Oilers vs the fake Oilers. Steve if you are a fan of the Chargers stay there.

When I moved to the Phoenix area three years ago, I also thought of asking Justin to give up the Cardinal name! However, I elected to stay for another 49 seasons with the 9ers. Since the Chicago Cardinals are a historic team and the Arizona Cardinals are a real team, Arizona seems like the place to be for the Cardinals, but that decision is totally in Justin's ballpark. In this regard, the Oilers are another historic team not in the current NFL.
In the scheme of things, the team names are not relevant to enhancing the League.

I’ll likely stay the Chargers. My roster is going to degrade considerably this offseason because of what I’m planning to do. It will be interesting to see if my planned roster rebuild affects game play. I’m doubtful it will, but it could. That said, Eagles have proven you can win with players that still need several TCs. QB Caleb Williams will be starter for sure. Won’t be going after other QBs - sorry Charlie. Part of me was thinking about changing teams temporarily during the rebuild so as to not impact the LA Chargers coaching stats - another part of me thought it would be cool to get another franchise a title that hasn’t won one yet; thus why I mentioned teams with little to no history and no championships.

So ..... 66% of the league is voting that I leave LA to coach any other team
I guess I really need to consider changing teams more than I thought.

If the votes ‘against’ in the poll in the general forum outnumber the ‘for’ votes then I don’t move to the East as the Bills or Dolphins and instead change to San Diego.
