I'm 3-1 outside the division and 1-3 inside the division. Ha!

I was a playoff team in 2031 and finished 1/2 game out of the playoffs in 2032 thanks to a crazy season ending tie versus Pittsburgh. Ha!

I'm just trying to figure out how to fix my offense and defense. Beginning to wonder if my hypothesis is wrong on talent evaluation.

A wise former coach told me that 90% of people focus on offense. It is sexier and more fun. Focusing on defense is more consistent. While I get away from it myself as well. Look at what the top statistical defensive teams are doing against opponents. Focus on improving the boring side of the ball. That's where more consistent wins come from.

And that fails too sometimes.
