Detroit Tough Out

Looks like the Lions are using their talent a bit better. The young QB is holding his own and the talent they have cornered is now producing more like it. I see good things ahead based on my game planning this week. I finally have tweaked enough to fill a little better, but the Lions look good. I may need to rethink how to structure my roster in this new cap era based on what I see as well.

Proving again why the NFC East is the toughest division in football.

I prefer to look at it as being a highly competitive group of teams with lots of parity. :)

Thanks but I think it is more luck than anything I did.

As for NFC East being the best divsion last season standings hold that up

AFC 18-22
AFC East 13-27(7-13)
AFC West 25-15 (11-9)
NFC East 28-12 (14-6)
NFC West 14-26 (8-12)

It appears the NFC is better than the AFC as a whole and NFC East and AFC west teams are all 500 or above against teams outside of their division. There are no teams above 500 in against teams outside of their division in the AFC East and NFC West and only Buffalo and Chicago are 500 against teams outside their division.

AFC East 13-27(7-13)
Jets 4-6 (2-3)
miami 3-7(1-4)
Buffalo 5-5 (3-2)
Pittsburgh 1-9(1-4)

AFC West 25-15 (11-9)
LA Chargers 5-3(2-2)
Seattle 6-2(2-2)
Indianapolis 4-4(2-2)
Oakland 6-2(3-1)
Jacksonville 4-4(2-2)

NFC East 28-12 (14-6)
Giants 10-0 (5-0)
Atlanta 8-2 (4-1)
Washington 5-5(2-3)
Detroit 5-5(3-2)

NFC West 14-26 (8-12)
Chicago 4-4(3-1)
San Fran 2-6(2-2)
Carolina 3-5(1-3)
Green Bay 3-5(1-3)
Rams 2-6(1-3)

AFC 18-22
AFC East 13-27(7-13)
AFC West 25-15 (11-9)
NFC East 28-12 (14-6)
NFC West 14-26 (8-12)
