Very remarkable feat to coach all 677 games in 43 seasons to date and all with one team!
Victory #1 came on January 4, 1999 against the NY Jets.
Steve Young found Jerry Rice for a 23 yard TD to put the 49ers ahead 20-16 with 4 minutes left, held on for the win.
