Planning decisions was one of the reasons I liked having a salary cap. I found it easier to plan with a salary cap. However, I realize many others don't feel the same as I do toward the cap.

Now, I use the "anti-aging" criteria as my guide for roster decisions vs the cap.

I've typically traded back in the draft because there isn't a lot of difference between players.
