FbPro98 User Manual

I have a guy that I have been communicating with for a few days that would like to join the League but has not played the game for many years. He would like to know if the User Manual is available anywhere. Does anyone know where he can download it?

I actually recently found my manual but its the book.
I did think I wonder if there is a way for me to create a pdf for anyone who wants to reference it.
