Sub percents and the new rules

The new rule is going to make MUCH more difference than I expected.

I tried something stupid, setting RBs to 90 out and 92 in and my running game was terrible. I changed it to out 95, in 99 and it made a HUGE differnce in the running game.

Remember, the new rules is the OUT setting no higher than 95. I am going to guess that, other than QB and kickers, use of a out 95, in 99 setting will be widely adopted under the ne rule. It seems to be the most effective setting while complying with the OUT 95 rule.

Use of an illegal OUT setting higher than 96 would givew a team an advantage, I found this out the hard way, simming/playing vs scout profiles with the higher illegal out setting.

I have advised Rich and Charlie to MILITANTLY enforce the new rule. OK Charlie, don't call out the SWAT units but I suggest lowering the OUT to 95 in any PPPs submitted weith it higher.

I have it all set to 95 out / 99 in - keeping it simple

Reminder to everyone, these are the rules:

All non‑QB, non‑Kicker players must have an OUT% of 95 or lower.

IN% may be set anywhere from 96–100%.

As I think I said in the previous discussion about this topic, I feel like this may end up having effects people didn't foresee or want, but I'm open to trying it for a season.
