You have to punt. Not enough space to run a 10 second play in the PNFL. Maybe in the NFL a QB could run around and launch a ball high enough to eat the clock before it lands and the whistle blows.

Clearly a punt. 100/100 times. Any other play results in a potential safety or turnover on downs (which stops the clock) then the opponent can kick a FG. Even with 10 seconds left there's time for this (if the clock isn't running prior to the 4th down play)
