Free Agency OPENS at 3PM/12PM today

It will open tomorrow but not until I give the go ahead.
I want to be able to make sure the league files and contract files are updated.
In the first 72 hours after it opens, you will be allowed to bid on all Transition & Restricted Players.
Bid on them as you would any free agent.
After 72 hours, only active bidding will be allowed to continue on those players. No new bids can begin.
