Re: Rule Opinion re:Pass Short/Medium
My first impression is, I don't like it. Completion percentages are too low as is. The medium categories should be an extension of the short categories, if one chooses to do so. Exactly. Requiring nothing shorter than 10 yards in PM plays will inevitably lower completion percentages more. And restr...

Re: Rule Opinion re:Pass Short/Medium
Second, if we expanded the yardage to 5-20 or 5-30 then what is the purpose of the passing zones? The purpose of having passing zones is the absence of them leads to PS and PM plays being able to be 5-100, We do need SOME passing zone rules, but we can debate and disagree how restrictive they shoul...

Re: Rule Opinion re:Pass Short/Medium
Ideally I say 5-30 for PM but that's another issue.
And 30+ for PL, 40+ for PRD

Re: Rule Opinion re:Pass Short/Medium
I think it should be 5-20 for PM to allow more flexibility for play designers and options for style of plays, There are times where a WR catching a pass at 8 yards goes longer in certain play designs.

Re: Post Camp Rankings
I will readily admit that my weighting put a lot more weight on EN because I believe that EN, which directly impacts the first 5 ratings, is more valuable than most weighting assess it's value. I rate higher EN players higher and put them on my roster, and that bias moves my team ranking up high tha...

Re: Post Camp Rankings
I ran the numbers and they produced this. This is weighted ratings of individual players, and the number to the right is the average weighted points per player. So this team ranking is not a nominal ranking but an actual ranking of actual overall roster talent, that is weighted. In other words, this...

Re: Tight Ends Utility
I TE I suggested is NOT a "super player" it is still a total 682 TE but it is more of a pass catcher and less of a blocker, hence the lower ST and re-allocating some of those points to SP and/or AC and/or HA and creating a TE that is more of a receiver staying within our ratings model.

Re: Tight Ends Utility
Have you seen Kelce? Not exactly an agility and speed type of TE. He simply towers over and runs over defenders and has huge HAnds for catching the ball. I think what we have is quite reflective of NFL TEs. In fact, I'd reduce their AG to a max of 79 similar to their SP. They can ACcelerate quickly...

Re: 40 yard dash ratings
You were manually timing them with a stopwatch? What is the reaction time to licking that, and what is the margin of error of such a test?
