Re: To move be more like the NFL salary system
And the utility won't run on 64 bit computers. Good luck trying to get Frontoff and Conmanager to work at all in 2019.

Re: To move be more like the NFL salary system
The one thing I do recall about E.A. Gelat's program is salaries did balloon to make it harder to keep players. In the GM program, all the contract really did is exponentially spread the salary out over the length of the contract. What we have now kind of mirrors what the program did, but we just do...

QB Luck and DE Shane Ray are no longer available for trade at this time. We intend to keep them.

LA Chargers available before 'start new season' button is pressed
Mostly starters here I will try to keep, but curious to see if cap friendly teams are interested in making a good deal for both teams. Salaries are what Rich has projected for 2035. QB Andrew Luck (13 yr) $21,000,000 contracted through 2036 HB Lache Seastrunk (8 yr) $5,000,000 free agent in 2035 HB ...

Re: Defensive Profile Rule Change
I agree with the move to 3 play types on defense when over 5 minutes to go. I also agree with Mitch about keeping this between the 5 and the 5. Play editor sucks in goal line areas. Poor time out calling is mostly caused by the crappy editor than coaching mistakes. I slightly agree with Mitch about ...

Our draft is done mainly via email, so it'll take some time to get to week 1. You'll have plenty of t...
XFBS News
Just like in the old forum, I'm creating a thread dedicated to the XFBS. I'll keep anything XFBS related here. If you don't like it, ignore it. :P The XFBS has officially shrunk to 18 teams. You can see the new rosters here: http://www.xfbsfootball.net/reports/XFBS_rosters.htm I still need to update...

[quote="Charlie-49ers"]I will make a copy of the XFBS Rules and modify as necessary or appropriate and send them to you Rich for posting. As Steve says, they are not too different. I will try to get these to you soon, as it is not an issue for the current owners, but will be a major issue ...

Re: My 1st topic is...
If you need help restoring the play design rules, feel free to grab what you need from the XFBS rule pages. There are far more similarities than differences. We mainly allow more roll outs and QB runs, restrict roll outs to 'backwards and parallel to the LOS,' and strictly define what can be saved t...
